Ball Shooter support.
A one-tap arcade game about threading a ball through spinning walls, for iPhone and iPad.
How to play
- A ball spins in the middle of the screen with an arrow pointing out of it. Rings of wall turn the other way around it.
- Tap to fire the ball where the arrow points.
- Get it through a gap and off the screen to score. Touch a wall and the run is over.
- Every 5 balls you clear a level, and the walls change.
- Go through the dead center of every gap for a Perfect: 2 points instead of 1.
Each run pays out tickets: 1 per point and 10 per level cleared. Spend them at the Prize Counter on new balls, trails and color themes. After a crash you can continue once per run by watching a short optional ad or spending 200 tickets.
Questions
I played the old Ball Shooter. Does my progress carry over?
Yes. When you update, your best score comes along, converted to the new scoring of one point per ball. Your sound and vibration settings come with it.
If you bought Remove Ads in an earlier version, open Settings in Ball Shooter and tap Restore Purchases to get it back.
How do I restore my purchases?
In Ball Shooter, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. That brings back Remove Ads, including a Remove Ads you bought in an earlier version of the game.
Ticket packs are consumable, so they can't be restored, and the tickets stay on the device where you bought them.
How do ads work, and what does Remove Ads do?
Ball Shooter is free and has two kinds of ads. The video ads that continue a run or double your tickets only play when you tap for one. Other ads show up now and then between games, but never during a run and never in your first three games.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that turns off the ads between games for good. The optional video ads stay available for when you want the bonus.
How do I sign in to Game Center?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, find Game Center and sign in with your Apple Account, then reopen Ball Shooter. Game Center is optional. Without it the game plays the same, minus the leaderboards and achievements. Posting scores needs an internet connection.
I bought tickets and they didn't show up.
Check that you're online, then close Ball Shooter completely (swipe it away in the app switcher) and open it again. If a purchase didn't finish, the App Store hands it to the app the next time it starts.
Still missing? Email me the date and the order ID from Apple's receipt email. You can also ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Will my progress move to a new phone or my iPad?
Not by itself. Tickets, prizes, settings and your best score are saved only on the device you play on. There's no account and no cloud sync, so a second device starts fresh.
Two things do follow you. Remove Ads comes back on any device through Restore Purchases, and Game Center keeps your leaderboard scores and achievements with your Apple Account. If you set up a new iPhone from a backup of the old one, your progress normally comes along with it.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@chrislaunches.com and tell me what happened and what you expected. Include your device model, your iOS or iPadOS version and the app version, which is at the bottom of Settings in Ball Shooter. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Questions and bug reports go to support@chrislaunches.com. Your progress stays on your device, and the ads come from Google AdMob. The privacy policy has the details.
