Gesture Flow support.
A rhythm game for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV: tap, swipe and hold the pads on the beat of the music.
How to play
- The pads on the controller light up on the beat of the music, and a white ring closes in on each one.
- When the ring closes, tap the pad, swipe it the way its arrow points, or press and hold it until its ring fills.
- The closer you are to the beat, the more it scores. Hits right on the beat keep your streak going; hits too early or too late break it.
- Keep the streak going and the music builds up to the drop.
- Leave the pads with a red X alone and let them pass.
Endless Mode gives you three hearts, and the pads come faster and faster. Zen Mode has no hearts and no way to lose. The first time you play, a hand on the pad shows you each move. Runs and the daily challenge earn coins, which unlock new controllers and rooms in the Studio.
Questions
My hits feel early or late. How do I fix the timing?
Open Settings in Gesture Flow and tap Calibrate Timing, then tap along to the clicks. The game measures the delay of your speakers or headphones and judges your hits with it from then on.
Do it again whenever you switch between the phone speaker and Bluetooth headphones, or between a TV's speakers and a sound bar.
I played the old Gesture Flow. What carries over?
Your scores on the Game Center leaderboard stay there. The new version is a different game, rebuilt as a rhythm game, so everything else starts fresh. If you bought Remove Ads before, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I restore my purchases?
In Gesture Flow, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. That brings back Remove Ads on any of your devices.
Coin packs are consumable, so they can't be restored, and the coins stay on the device where you bought them.
How do ads work, and what does Remove Ads do?
Gesture Flow is free and has two kinds of ads. Video ads only play when you tap for one: to keep playing after your last heart, or to double the coins from a run. Other ads show up now and then between runs, but never during one.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that turns off the ads between runs for good. The optional video ads stay available for when you want the bonus.
How do I play on Apple TV?
Gesture Flow comes with the iPhone app, so there's nothing extra to buy. On Apple TV, a gold ring marks the next pad, and the Siri Remote plays it: click the touch surface to tap, keep it pressed to hold, and swipe it up, down, left or right to swipe. A game controller works too.
How do I sign in to Game Center?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, find Game Center and sign in with your Apple Account, then reopen Gesture Flow. Game Center is optional. Without it the game plays the same, minus the leaderboard and achievements. Posting scores needs an internet connection.
I bought coins and they didn't show up.
Check that you're online, then close Gesture Flow completely (swipe it away in the app switcher) and open it again. If a purchase didn't finish, the App Store hands it to the app the next time it starts.

Will my progress move to a new phone, my iPad or my Apple TV?
Not by itself. Coins, the controllers and rooms you've unlocked, your settings and your best score are saved only on the device you play on. There's no account and no cloud sync, so a second device starts fresh.
Two things do follow you. Remove Ads comes back on any device through Restore Purchases, and Game Center keeps your leaderboard scores and achievements with your Apple Account. If you set up a new iPhone from a backup of the old one, your progress normally comes along with it.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@chrislaunches.com and tell me what happened and what you expected. Include your device model, its iOS, iPadOS or tvOS version and the app version, which is at the bottom of Settings in Gesture Flow. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Questions and bug reports go to support@chrislaunches.com. Your progress stays on your device, and the ads come from Google AdMob. The privacy policy has the details.
