UFO Puzzle support.
A tilt maze game in space for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV: fly a little UFO home, one maze at a time.

How to play
- Tap Play. The story starts with a few short scenes: tap to read on, or Skip.
- When a level starts, whatever angle you're holding the phone at counts as flat. Tilt to steer the saucer. It drifts and bounces a little, on purpose.
- Collect every gem in the maze to open the gate, then fly through it.
- Lava and other dangers damage the saucer. Take a few hits and it crashes.
- Each level gives stars for finishing, for finishing without a scratch, and for finishing fast. Replay any level to pick up the ones you missed.
The bigger mazes have checkpoints, and every level hides a small lost creature to find and bring home. Each new world brings something new, like ice, wormholes or a tractor beam, and the ship's computer explains it the first time you meet it. What you collect buys new saucers, hats and trails in the shop.
Questions
Can I play without tilting?
Yes. Tap the gear button on the home screen or in the pause menu to open Settings, then set Steer by to Touch stick and drag anywhere to fly. Devices without motion sensors use the stick on their own.
Tilting too much or too little? Settings also has Tilt sensitivity. And the pause menu has Recenter tilt, which makes the way you're holding the phone count as flat.
How do I play on Apple TV?
With the Siri Remote, rest your thumb on the touch surface and slide it the way you want to fly. Click to switch the tractor beam on or off. With a game controller, steer with the left stick and hold A or the right trigger for the beam.
Press Back or Play/Pause to pause. There are no ads or purchases on Apple TV: everything is earned by playing.
What happens when the saucer crashes?
You can always go back to the last checkpoint, or the start of the level, for free, with the saucer good as new. When a video is ready, you can also watch a short optional one to repair the saucer right where it went down.
How does the tractor beam work?
In the later worlds, hold the round beam button at the bottom right near a battery, carry it to its socket and let go. A battery in its socket opens a door.
How do I restore my purchases?
Tap the gear button on the home screen to open Settings, then tap Restore Purchases under Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. That brings back Remove Ads on this device. If you bought Remove Ads for an earlier version of UFO Puzzle, this brings it back too.
The in-game currency you can buy is used up as you spend it, so it can't be restored. It stays on the device where you bought it.
Is my progress saved if I switch devices?
Your progress is saved on each device, and it doesn't sync through iCloud, so a new iPhone, an iPad and an Apple TV each start fresh. Deleting the game deletes its progress too. Remove Ads comes back on any of your iPhones and iPads with Restore Purchases.
How do ads work, and what does Remove Ads do?
UFO Puzzle is free, and ads keep it that way. Video ads only play when you choose one: to repair the saucer after a crash, or to double what you earned in a level. Between levels you'll sometimes see an ad, but never during one.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, in the shop or in Settings. It turns off the ads between levels for good, and the optional videos stay around for when you want them.
How do I change my ad and privacy choices?
After you finish your first level, iOS asks once whether UFO Puzzle may track you across other companies' apps and websites. The game plays the same either way. To change your answer, open the Settings app and go to Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears when the game opens. Change your answer any time in the game's Settings, under Privacy Choices. That button only shows where the law requires the form. The privacy policy has the details.
How do I sign in to Game Center?
Open the Settings app on your device, find Game Center and sign in with your Apple Account, then reopen UFO Puzzle. Game Center is optional: without it, the game plays the same, minus the leaderboards and achievements. Posting scores needs an internet connection.
Can I turn off the music?
Yes. Settings has separate switches for Music, Sound effects and Vibration.
Where did my progress from the old version go?
The game has been rebuilt from scratch as a whole new game, so your stars and levels from earlier versions don't carry over.
I bought something and it didn't show up.
Check that you're online, then close UFO Puzzle completely (swipe it away in the app switcher) and open it again. If a purchase didn't finish, the App Store hands it to the game the next time it starts.

How do I report a bug?
Email support@chrislaunches.com and tell me what happened and what you expected. Include your device model, its software version and the game's version, which is at the bottom of its Settings. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot. Found a maze that feels unfair? Tell me about that too.
Questions and bug reports go to support@chrislaunches.com. Your progress stays on each device. The privacy policy covers ads, Game Center and purchases.
